Form Auto Filler Help
Batch Mode
Note: this option is available for evaluting only.
Using the Batch mode you can:
- auto fill and auto submit forms in a cycle one by one. Select the group of forms you want to auto fill and auto submit and set the delay between forms in a cycle.
- easily manage Forms and Forms information - change information in several forms simultaneously, delete a group of forms, etc.

Modify Forms
To modify information in several Forms simultaneously:
• Double-click the Form Auto Filler desktop icon.
• Select 'Tools' in the toolbar and select 'Forms list'.
• Click the 'Batch mode' button.
• Select the Forms you want to modify - put the check mark in the 'Select' column and click the 'Modify' button. If you want to select all Forms, press the '+' button.
• Select the information you want to modify:

- Modify Form(s):
To change title information, select 'Change title to' and enter a new title.
To change an url associated with a Form, select 'Change url to' and enter a new url.
To change a 'Fill Form' action, select 'Change action to' and select a new action from the drop-down list.
To change a 'form fields linking' rule, select 'Change fields linking' and select a new rule.
- Modify Form(s) fields:
To change information in the Form(s) field, put the check mark for 'Change field' and indicate the field you want to change (enter field's name and type), then select what field information you want to change:
To change field's name, select 'Change field name to' and enter new field's name.
To change field's type, select 'Change field type to' and select the type from the drop-down list.
To change field information, select 'Change field value to' and enter the necessary data.
• Click the 'Apply' button.
Delete a group of Forms
• Double-click the Form Auto Filler desktop icon.
• Select 'Tools' in the toolbar and select 'Forms list'.
• Click the 'Batch mode' button.
• Select the Forms you want to delete - put the check mark in the 'Select' column and click the 'Delete' button. If you want to select all Forms, press the '+' button.
Fill and Submit Forms in the 'Batch' mode
Using the 'Batch' mode you may auto fill forms or auto fill and auto submit forms in a cycle one by one. You should select the group of forms you want to fill and submit automatically and set the delay between filling and submitting forms in a cycle.
• Double-click the Form Auto Filler desktop icon.
• Select 'Tools' in the toolbar and select 'Forms list'.
• Click the 'Batch mode' button.
• Select the Forms - put the check mark in the 'Select' column. If you want to select all Forms, press the '+' button.
• Click the 'Submit' button.

• Set the delay between forms.
• Select the necessary action - 'Fill form' or 'Fill & submit form'.
• Click 'OK'.
Form Auto Filler will automatically open urls associated with Forms and apply the selected action.

What do I do to fill a form (fill online form) using Form Auto Filler?
To fill web forms using Form Auto Filler (free web form filler):
• Open a web page with the web form you want to fill.
• To fill a web form, press Alt + F
Using "Fill only empty fields" option you can configure Form Auto Filler to insert information only in empty web form fields.
- If there is only one Form that matches a web page/url, Form AutoFiller will fill a web form.
- If you have more than one Form that match a web page/url, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Filler will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
- If there are no Forms that match a web page/url, you will see the list of all Forms. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Filler will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
