How to save a web form using Form Auto Filler
To save web form information using Form Auto Filler (Internet Explorer form filler software):
• Open a web page with the web form you want to save. If you want, you can fill in it.
• Press Ctrl + Alt + W
• In the "New/Select Form" window enter the Form name and click "OK".
• Form Auto Filler will create a new form with the necessary fields for storing the required data and fill them.
If a web form has "select" type field(s) you can configure Form Auto Filler to save the full list of information stored in the "select" type field(s) (turn "Get full list of drop down fields" option on) or save only the selected fields' values (turn "Get full list of drop down fields" option off).
How to fill form using Form Auto Filler
To fill web forms using Form Auto Filler (free auto form filler software):
• Open a web page with the web form you want to fill.
• To fill a web form, press Ctrl + Alt + F
Using "Fill only empty fields" option you can configure Form Auto Filler to insert information only in empty web form fields.
- If there is only one Form that matches a web page/url, Form AutoFiller will fill a web form.
- If you have more than one Form that match a web page/url, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Filler will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
- If there are no Forms that match a web page/url, you will see the list of all Forms. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Filler will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
Form Auto Filler Settings
Start with Windows - if you want Form Auto Filler starts with Windows, select Start with Windows option. By default, this option is on.
Fill only empty fields
If "Fill only empty fields" option is on, Form Auto Filler will insert the corresponding information only in empty web form fields. If this option is off, FormAutoFill fills both empty and non-empty fields.
Get full list of drop down fields
If this option is on, Form Auto Filler will save a full list of information stored in the "select" type field(s). While editing the form information you will be able to select the necessary data from the drop down list.
If this option is off, only the data (value, value's number in the drop down list) that was selected from the drop down list will be saved. While editing the form information you can't change the value - you can only change the number of the selected value.
Protect FormAutoFiller with password - this feature allows you to protect the program from unauthorized access with password. Enter and confirm the password. Attention! You have to remember the admin password.
To lock Form Auto Filler, double-click Form Auto Filler tray icon and click the "Lock" button in the toolbar or right-click Form Auto Filler tray icon and select the Lock item. Note: to use "Lock" option you should turn on the "Protect FormAutoFiller with password" option.

You can change any hotkeys combination.
Save web form automatically - Ctrl + Alt + W (by default)
Using this hotkeys combination you can save the current web form information.
Fill web form automatically - Ctrl + Alt + F (by default)
Using this hotkeys combination you can fill in forms with the corresponding values from the selected form.
